Machine Setter / Machine Setup Operator (m/f/d)

Responsibilities
- Setting up and preparing machines for production.
- Operating guillotine shears, bending and press brake machines, wide-format presses, and welding equipment.
- Setting up machines according to technical documentation and production orders.
- Checking the dimensions and quality of manufactured parts.
- Monitoring the proper operation and technical condition of the machines.
- Compliance with technological requirements and safety regulations.
Required
- Completed secondary education – technical education is an advantage.
- Good technical knowledge
- Ability to work with technical documentation and measuring instruments.
- Practical experience with metalworking machinery.
- Good computer skills.
- Responsible, precise and independent approach to work.
- Ability to work in a team.
Preferred
- Knowledge of English or German is an advantage, as the position involves occasional travel to our parent company in Germany, mainly for training purposes and in connection with the implementation of new machinery and technologies..
