Those who work hard together should also celebrate together.
At our summer party, production took a back seat for an evening and our team took center stage. Employees and colleagues from Bulgaria, Germany, and Serbia came together to enjoy good food, celebrate, and leave the daily routine behind for a while.
The right entertainment was also taken care of: Balkan music from the DJ, a great atmosphere, and of course plenty of grilled food – with some dedicated German support at the barbecue.
For us, evenings like this are an important part of a good working environment. They give us the opportunity to connect outside of our daily work and strengthen the team spirit within our international team.
