One of our specialities is the ability to handle difficult perforations in hard materials (e.g. wear-resistant steels, compound steels) and thick materials. Our efficient in-house tool workshop as well as our stock of more than 6000 different punching tools enable us to complete customer-specific solutions with a high degree of flexibility within the shortest possible period. |

Stock assortment |
Our large stock assortment contains plates with the common round and square hole perforations in small, medium and large formats (standard sizes) of steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Along with the products made to customers‘ specification, this stock assortment perfectly rounds-up our product range and is available anywhere in Germany within 48 hours. |
Service |
Apart from the straightforward manufacturing of plates, we offer a large service package including: Consulting, engineering and design. Together with you, we develop and optimise solutions for difficult problems, right through to the final use. |
Storekeeping and JIT delivery |
It is not only the quality of a product that is decisive, but also the price and delivery time. We take this into account by stocking products made to customers‘ requirements until delivery is requested. This enables you on the one hand to benefit from quantity discounts for large production-runs and on the other hand to enjoy shorter delivery times for goods held in stock. |
Logistics |
We endeavour to provide quick and reliable delivery. Our experienced teams cooperate closely with our dispatch department to ensure that customers are satisfied. |
Certified quality |
We are certified according to DIN ISO 9001 and are qualified for welding methods according to DIN 18800, to manufacture pressure containers according to the General Decree for Pressure Containers HPO/TRO 201 DIN EN 729-3 as well as for welding of rail vehicles and rail vehicle parts according to DIN 6700-2. All internal procedures are supervised by our „Quality Assurance“. From receipt of goods, through manufacture to dispatch of goods, a continuous and efficient quality management forms the basis for customer satisfaction. |
Job processing |
Of course we also perforate material supplied by the customer. Nevertheless, we would like to point out that in case of any justified complaints we can refund only the processing costs invoiced but not the material cost. |
